Legal agreement governing your use of 22fun services and platform

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User," "Player," or "you") and 22fun (the "Company," "Platform," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing, registering, or using the 22fun platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

All games on the 22fun platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) that are regularly tested by independent auditing firms to ensure fairness and unpredictability. Game outcomes are determined randomly and cannot be manipulated by players or the platform.
Each game on the platform has specific rules governing gameplay, payouts, and outcomes. Players are responsible for understanding game rules before wagering real money. In the event of disputes regarding game outcomes, 22fun's records of transactions and game play shall be deemed conclusive.

Any attempt by individuals under 21 years of age to access, register, or use the 22fun platform is strictly prohibited and constitutes a criminal offense under Philippine law. We employ age verification systems and will report suspected underage gaming to authorities.
22fun may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation if we suspect terms violations, fraudulent activity, or security concerns. During suspension, you will not be able to login, place bets, or request withdrawals until the investigation is resolved.
We reserve the right to terminate any account at any time for violations of these Terms and Conditions, suspected fraud, abuse, or at our sole discretion. Upon termination:
Players may voluntarily self-exclude from the 22fun platform for responsible gaming reasons. Self-exclusion periods range from 24 hours to permanent closure. During self-exclusion, you will not be able to access your account, and 22fun will take reasonable measures to prevent you from opening new accounts.
